When a player character has died, and they turn to the *reincarnation* spell as a means of bringing them back, they're choosing the "cheap" option. The "value added" option. It makes sense, then, for this spell to carry both the possibility of risk and reward. While other lists include basic options like core races, and some less likely powerful options, this list gives every possible result the same chance! You want to come back on the cheap? It's going to cost you.
